Teddy Bear Cushion Kit

Want to make your own Teddy Bear Cushion? This pattern by Amy Sinibaldi is in her fabulous book, Sweetly Stitched Handmades and is a wonderful gift for a newborn or young toddler birthday.

And a great gift for the young-at-heart too! We all need something to snuggle up to with a good book and a cup of something 🙂

I have made many of these since Amy’s book came out and there hasn’t been a colour way that hasn’t looked cute! I have laid out the colour options in a suggested layout with the top right hand corner showing the triangles for the ear section (the actual ear will be in linen). The fabric on the left will be the binding.

The kit includes all the fabric and bits and bobs you need to make a teddy bear cushion, including the cushion insert AND a zip for an enclosed zipper backing (the pattern just has an envelope backing which I never feel stays looking good so I have included instructions on how to make the zipper backing)

You will need a sewing machine, thread, needles and an iron and a bit of time to create your teddy bear cushion!

This kit however DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PATTERN! So if you don’t already have Amy Sinibaldi’s book Sweetly Stitched Handmades, I have a few copies available for purchase here.

This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.
