The Heart Layout for A Year of Hearts is finally here!

If you sewed along with us during 2024 making all the monthly blocks and want to do something special with them, this is the layout!

This PDF downloadable pattern has all the background blocks as well as the outside blocks to make the heart shape.

The inside blocks are from the original A Year Of Hearts blocks and are NOT included in this pattern.

At the moment you can purchase those inside blocks individually and in the New Year (2026) I will be combining them into a single product (with multiple PDF downloads) if you have only just discovered them!

The PDF pattern includes the instructions to create your own Heart Layout.
