Woohoo! We are finally here! December 1st and the day we get to start opening the Said With Love Xmas Calendar!
This has been such a labour of love….so much time thinking about, planning, ordering and then printing and packing!
Throw in two broken arms in the crucial last 7 weeks and it has been quite the roller coaster ride! There would be no boxes to open without all the wonderful people who have stepped in to help me! THANK YOU EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!
Now….. onto the fun! Here is the Day 1 video.
And here is the Day 1 present – a handmade-with-love drawstring reusable gift bag I call a Boomerang Bag! Plus the SWL mini pattern to make your own. There are lots of different christmas fabrics used – which one did you get?
“All your presents are in this reusable fabric drawstring bag… I call them ‘boomerang’ bags. You put a present inside, give to the recipient and then ask for the bag back so you can re-use it again! But don’t worry, we won’t ask for this bag back!”

Now I did promise a video showing how to make these, especially the ribbon bit…. however I didn’t get that video done before I broke my arm a second time….. so I’ll get to that as soon as I can : )
