Peaceful Planet Sew Along – Week 10

Welcome back to the very super relaxed Peaceful Planet sew along!

I hope you had a lovely holiday time with your family and friends – and that there was some sewing or at least fabric patting in there? 🙂

I managed to have some VERY relaxing time lazing in the hammock I finally put up on our porch… sunshine, lazing, scrolling through IG… heaven!

I can’t wait to show you the next blocks I have made 🙂

The Fancy Forest section of my quilt is now done and I am on to the last section – Delightful Desert!

Some cuties in here … I have started on the Faun, and apart from my continual ‘fun’ with directional prints, this one came out really well! 🙂

And I also managed to make a puppy from Lori Holt’s Spelling Bee Book…… the 6″ block should come with a warning….. there are 10 pieces in there that are 3/4″ square! GULP! And quite a few that aren’t much bigger… Still, with a LOT of ironing and pressing (and then placing under a heavy book whilst still hot) the first one hasn’t come out too badly! Now to figure out how to reverse it for the second one…….

Just need to embroider the eyes and nose on and it might just bark!
