Week 5 is the Peppermint Present Block.
The Peppermint present looks like it is a wrapped ball under the tree. As much as it is very cute, I didn’t like having a different shape in my quilt, so I left my peppermint presents as if they were a box, not just a ball wrapped.
Again, don’t forget your directional prints for the side and top/bottom sashings. I didn’t think before cutting one of my blocks, but I did think before the second one!
