This is the first of our A Year Of Hearts sewalong blocks! Starting the year off with a celebration and to get this party started!

We are going to be doing a few different types of applique (it isn’t the main part of any block, just some embellishments to the piecing) and there will be a video when we try a different type of applique.

I am doing my blocks totally scrappy in low volumes and pinks. I am using my scraps from Sincerely Yours but we do have a few bundles and some yardage left in the shop if you want to use some similar colours to me!
And we always have low volumes in stock! Hush Hush 2 would be a perfect start for a scrappy low volume background!
