This year has gone by so fast… and here we are getting near to the end of our A Year Of Hearts sewalong! This month’s block is a sweet one with some fun raining hearts underneath a beautiful cloud.
So of course I have called it ‘Raining Hearts’! It is now available as a PDF block pattern to purchase through our online shop (the only place by the way that you can purchase our patterns).
We did some needleturn applique for the cloud (the curves are pretty gentle, so it is a good one to start with if you haven’t done any needleturn applique before) and the hearts are raw edge machine appliqued on.
I created a video to show you how to do the needleturn applique, it really isn’t as hard as we think something new will be.
