Woohoo! We are on the downhill slope of the sewalong with lots and lots of blocks behind us. This week we are off holidaying in the Cabin!
Ok, so we aren’t exactly heading off to a cabin for a sewing weekend with the girls (sadly)…. but we can pretend!
Intersection was fun playing around with fabrics….. I always second guess them once they are done… but I am not redoing any blocks…. just sticking with my first choices and getting it done!
I really must try the no waste flying geese method (you make 4 at the same time)…. I did it the ‘normal’ way and this isn’t my best block…. but gosh I love that mermaid girl fussy cutting!

Only three more weeks of making blocks and we can get stuck into the background and putting the quilt top together!
