Well we are starting to get to the pointy end of the sewalong! This week we have a few more blocks to make… not tricky, but still need to concentrate, especially with fabric placement!
And as we are making square in a square blocks and an Ohio Star block, I called this week ‘Dinner in the Piazza under the stars’…. sometimes I crack myself up : )
The square in a square block can look so effective… I especially love this one in blue!
And don’t we all love presents!!

And my favourite block of this week is the Ohio Star! They are a bit time consuming and fiddly, but oh so worth it when finished!
And I am finally recovering from my surgery in March and am back sewing up my background strips and putting the sections together… can’t wait to show everyone!
