For our Charm Collective subscribers, this pattern will be sent out to you in two month’s time…. if you can’t wait you can grab a copy of the magazine and get all the other wonderful patterns in there for one very low price!

In the meantime, our subscribers will be receiving a bonus pattern, Windows over Winter’s Lane, in their inboxes this morning!

Three Pane’s a Charm Quilt is a sweet pattern that, again, uses every charm in a charm pack (all 42 of them!) and makes them into a three paned window!

I loved Nest by Lellaboutique and this pattern was just the perfect use of it…. gorgeous fabric prints that make very sweet ‘windows’!

I was inspired by our 100 year old farmhouse with it’s double hung sash windows…. and the Quilt Barn that has a double hung sash window and then a really huge window…. one of those things that you look out through for hours and then suddenly go ‘ooh I can make a quilt out of that!’ 🙂

There is so much inspiration all around us, sometimes it is hard to sit still! I know my brain is rarely quiet!

I quilted a climbing vine / leaf motif going up the grey “walls” of the quilt.

And in each window on a row there is a different thing hanging in the windows! A heart (of course!), a bow, a lightshade, a flower, a star…

On the back it is easier to see the different window quilting!

This quilt is the perfect size for a newborn present (great for the cot or tummy time on the floor) or for a small lap rug. And of course you could always use more than one charm pack to make it even larger!

And the opportunities for having some very cute things in your “windows” is just determined by the charm pack you use and also your quilting!

As you can see with Nest, there are some very cute bird’s nests hanging out in a couple of windows too! Maybe these are the views outside the window, not indoors!

I am looking forward to seeing the fabrics you choose!

And keeping track of my finishes for the 2019 first quarter Finishalong #2019FAL  #2019FALSWL
