Elizabeth Hartman’s All the Animals Sew Along – Dogs in Sweaters

By May 26, 2018July 3rd, 2018All The Animals Sew Along, blog

Oh I loved making this block for the #elizabethhartmanalltheanimalsSAL ! I could not resist cracking open my bundle of Denyse Schmidt fabrics for the coat!

Luna Lapin the bunny welcomed Denny the Dog to the craft room and admired his new coat!

Denny the Dog will become a cushion and be a gift later this year 🙂

And I managed to finish up the cushion last night, so here is Denny the Dog cushion relaxing on my chair 🙂 A perfect little cushion for the lower back… but then again I may not have the heart to use him… he is so cute!

Up next in our  list of blocks for the sew along is Lloyd and Lisa! Only a couple more blocks to go until the end of the sew along – don’t forget to get your projects finishes / quilt tops assembled to be in it to win!

Oh my GOSH!!! Denny is ADORABLE!! Of course I might be bias because I have two little long dogs of my own, but I’m pretty sure anyone would agree that he is the cutest!!!! I have also saved some of my older Denyse Schmidt prints for these blocks!! They make for the perfect sweaters!!

Awww. He’d be a perfect gift for a couple of dog lovers I know. His sweater is fabulous. On behalf of the FAL crew, thank you for joining in!
