The Forest Friends collection by Jennifer of Bee Sew Inspired arrived just after I broke my arm for the first time late last year…. so my plans for making up the cute fox dolls and the camping panel of tent, sleeping bag and camp fire went out the window sadly!
But as my great-nephew’s birthdays in June approached, I got back into the groove and cut out all the pieces from the Vixen and Todd fox doll panels as well as the camping panel.
Oh My Goodness, these panels are just so cute and make the cutest fox dolls!
And the beautiful Vixen
Just wait until you see her dressed up in her cute argyle vest and ‘knitted’ scarf!
And then there are also some cute fox dolls for the fox dolls!! haha.
The family photo shoot all gathered around the open fire, having some s’mores!
And of course no family is complete without a quilt!!
I still have the tent and the sleeping bag to make, but this was enough for my great-nephews to fall in love with and start playing straight away!
Oh, and there is still the child-sized sleeping bags to make too – think they will be Christmas presents : )
