This gorgeous panel from Lella Boutique’s Harvest Road is just so relaxing and lovely. (there is one left in the online shop if you want one too!)
These large panels that are coming out with the Moda fabric lines at the moment make such quick and easy quilts….and look FABULOUS! I mean, people think you spent AGES on them!!!
I gave this quilt to a girlfriend for her Christmas present and she was amazed! She thought I had appliqued all those flowers on (I did tell her the truth, but that is how amazing the quilt looks!)
I quilted around all the flowers and leaves and the letters, and then did a leaf background filler on the green…. it was fun and relaxing to quilt!
I used Quilter’s Dream 100% cotton batting for the first time and it was perfect for this summer weight quilt – has a little bit of loft and a beautiful drape.
And the background fabric is one of the main prints from Harvest Road….. it is just beautiful!
