As we are still in lockdown for at least another two weeks here in Victoria, I got to thinking about things to send to my mum to keep her amused (she is actually in South Australia but has been staying at home a LOT more than usual and has done enough jigsaws to last her a lifetime!) and I found one kit that had everything in it for her to make up a cute little stuffed toy.
So I thought about what sort of kits I could make up from Said With Love and the Teddy Bear Cushions Kits are just so sweet and fun to make.
These are just some of the cute cushions I have made recently and not matter what fabric is selected, they are just so sweet!
The Teddy Bear Cushion kits I have made up include all the fabric and notions to make the kit (even the cushion insert and embroidery thread for his ears and mouth!)

The pattern is from Amy Sinibaldi’s first book, Sweetly Stitched Handmades and I have copies of that available too if you haven’t already got the book!
Amy’s book has 18 gorgeous projects (of which the teddy bear cushion is just one!) so there are lots of other projects you can make from here too.
I have made these teddy bear cushions for babies, toddlers as well as matching cushions for a delightful couple in their 70’s! So it is an all-age present!
I mean, who doesn’t need a cute cuddly companion to while away these strange times with! : )
