We are looking forward to starting our Show and Tell Quilt Sewalong (of the Elizabeth Hartman pattern) on the 27th April.
The quilt kits arrived late on Friday afternoon so the weekend has been packing and preparing to send them out to people early this week. This was me getting down to the last few!
The kits look great and I have had fun opening mine and starting to create videos for our sewalong!
One of the videos I created is a Welcome to the Sewalong video – encouraging people to join in and sew along with us all!
In the video you might see a very cute tote bag hanging on my design wall, our Aussie distributor snagged one for me at Quilt Market last year and sent it with all the quilt kits! Made my day!
I have managed to get a few of these large tote bags to sell! Head to Pre Orders to get one of these to tell the world you are into Patchwork!
So, I am looking forward to starting the sewalong on the 27th April!
There are lots of fun things happening in between then though, an Easter long weekend with family (and some sewing) and for me, AQC in Melbourne for four days of classes and fun, and then after that lots of Sewalong emails and videos to make for everyone!
I wish to follow long on this sew along. hubby is home on disability so I will be oollecting the pattern to sew later. I look forward to sew alongs boms and stuff like that. Be well always.
