Stitch Pink 2021 – Finished Together Quilt

Well it took me quite a while to get around to quilting (and binding!) my Stitch Pink 2021 Together Quilt! But here she is!

If you remember back (or if not, head here to read all the blog posts for the sewalong) I tweaked the layout from the original pattern by Sherri McConnell so that the larger hearts went diagonally across the quilt, as did the smaller hearts. It makes my slight OCD leanings perfectly happy!

I quilted it with a digital design called Flower Child which is a lovely swirly design that takes nothing away from the quilt piecing at all, but adds a lovely texture – it is just pretty!

This quilt is just perfect for an afternoon nap, as under this quilt you will definitely feel the love! If you would like to make one just like it, I still have a couple of kits with the pattern available here.

Even an early morning wrapped up in a quilt on the porch reading a book would be perfect!

And I have even managed to add a label to the back! So it is all ready to be given away when the time is right : )

This sewalong has created a most beautiful quilt that will hopefully one day give someone that ‘wrapped in love’ feeling.

Lovely Anne & that quilt pattern does it justice as you say without spoiling the gorgeous piecing or fabric choices. I do like your photo takes too.
    Take care & hugs.
