Wow… what a first week of our Boho Heart Quilt Along! There are some amazing blocks being made over in our Facebook Quilting & Sewalong Group and on Instagram using the hashtag #swlbohoheartQAL!
And it has been wonderful to see people helping each other out with questions about techniques and assistance in building up other people’s skills….. THAT is the best thing about a sewalong !
Week 2 is all about the HST – half square triangles! (it can be all about the base too if you like!)

So on to the blocks for this week! These three are the warm up HST blocks for the week.
And then we get into some different layouts for our HSTs to create some Shoo Fly blocks
And all of those are just the warm ups for the two main blocks this week, the Pinwheel in a Courthouse Step.
And Windblown… which has blown the wind out of a few sails in our sewalong… but lots of help has been given in the weekly email I sent out as well as from the other participants!
