Wow those weeks just flew by! Our Daylesford Quilt Sewalong is now at an end and there have been some STUNNING quilts created! Some people even loved making them so much they have made two or even THREE in the time the rest of us have made one!
So my Daylesford quilt started with this
And ended up much, much larger and looking like this!
I used most of my Daydream fat quarter bundle by Kate Spain but I did have some leftover scraps…. so I made a scrappy binding
Doesn’t that look pretty on my Rainbow Pop binding baby?
And there were even enough scraps to also make a Love Letters cushion from the Quilt Recipes book too…. I have called mine the Love Letters to Daylesford cushion!
And don’t be surprised if I make another Daylesford soon….. I found the perfect stack of fabrics in my stash the other day…. : )
