It has been wonderful seeing everyone’s blocks over in our Facebook Sewalong & Quilting Group as well as over on Instagram with the hashtag #communityslowalong There are some wonderful fabrics being used and people are having fun with colour placements!
This week’s 12″ block is called Catch a Falling Star – I have had fun picking all the star blocks out for this sewalong!
Another block to take your time on, and to practice the four at a time flying geese method too!
The 6″ block for this week is a nice easy one as you might have used up most of your sewing time with the 12″ one! A Plus block that allows you to change around the colour and background placements to your heart’s desire!
We have one more week of blocks before having a week off for the Christmas break (and to catch up on any blocks you needed extra time on!).
