What fun this year has been….. so many beautiful fabrics used in so many gorgeous projects!

Penguin Party

I have loved making the penguins (and writing their stories!) as part of the #icypolessal. This one was just fun from start to finish!

North Stars Quilt

Another great pattern by Elizabeth Hartman. I have been making the animals from Blueberry Park by Karen Lewis for the #icypolessal and there are some VERY cute animals in there!

All quilted (last one on my domestic machine!) and raring to be given to someone 🙂

Room & Board Quilt

My lovely bee mates have made all these amazing blocks and I got it quilted and finished before the end of the year!

Jelly Roll patch in Cookie Exchange

Another one of my go-to jelly roll patch quilts. I love having at least one of these on standby for last minute gifts…. and they make great male presents too… this one however might be a bit brighter!

Just some pattern matching on the backing to be done, a pattern to write and quilting to be done! Just…. 🙂

Down Memory Lane Quilt

I sewed this one up out of my red scraps for the #dmlqal with @aqua_paisley – and it is a lovely quilt. This one is going to be in my gift cupboard just waiting for the right recipient.

Atomic Starburst Quilt

This is officially my favourite quilt of 2018! Alison Glass fabrics, low vol background and a backing of Alison Glass Diving Board print 🙂

Patchwork Sky Quilt

My other lovely bee mates have been making the gorgeous scrappy patchwork sky blocks. It is all ready just waiting for the backing and quilting!

Girt by Sea Quilt

Only the quilting to be done on this one……. can.not.wait. This top will be third cab off the rank in 2019 to be quilted on Lily the Longarm. I have some fun ideas!

3 Panes a Charm Quilt

Jelly Roll patch in B&C Handmade

I have had this partially made as a sample for my beginner quilting class. Had hoped to get this one finished in 2018, but got stuck deciding what background fabrics to use….. will get that sorted early 2019!
